The activities of FISK include

Promotion and management of training courses and seminars for entrepreneurs and corporate treasurers with regard to the Polish and Central European corporate loan market, including qualifications and diplomas system.
Promotion, management and development of events providing networking opportunities to people involved in Polish and Central European loan market activity.
Management and development of standard credit documentation for corporate Borrowers.
Commissioning preparation of standard documentation for debt instruments, derivative instruments, and other financial products.
Distribution of standardised Polish and Central European corporate loans documentation.
Meetings with banking sector representatives, governmental and public administration officers, and MPs, and promoting the entrepreneurs’ interests and improved standards of corporate loan documentation and legislation.
Application for and management of government, EU, and corporate funding for utilisation in the development of Polish and other Central European standard documentation for loans and other debt instruments and training courses related thereto.
Review and critique of standard credit documentation used by banks, other lenders and sellers of financial instruments, review and critique of already signed banking documents.
Development, preparation and publication of e-resources in respect of the above.

We regularly organize seminars and evening events, such as concerts and drinks to provide excellent networking opportunities for our members and guests.

FISK certification programme

FISK is currently created a certification programme, whereby corporate treasurers can follow online and in person training on various subjects relevant to their profession. For further info go to FISK certification programme.

Seminars

Our seminars are held in cooperation with large Polish banks and corporates. We have designed a range of expert international standard courses which are focused on enabling you to charter your way through today’s turbulent times. Each programme carries a blend of strategic training plus concrete examples to enable you to practice leadership in corporate treasury. Timings of the programme are structured to minimize impact to your daily work and enable you to network with fellow treasury professionals.

In the near future, FISK programs will be supplemented with a higly specialized offer addressed at financial officers of large enterprises and conducted by high-profile international experts.
